Throughout my life, art in one form or other has always played a big part. Maybe inherited from a creative mother and aunts and now passed on to my daughter and granddaughters.
From childhood through to evening classes and finally a contemporary art degree, creating, has always been there, in many different forms.

My work always starts with observation, photos and sketches, and subconsciously implanted images in my memory. Recreating from these in paint or glass, one process always inspiring the other.
Achieving and completed pieces that I have enjoyed creating is my rewards, no matter how long it takes, it is worth it.
